I feel like I oughtta do a +2 for BBTS. Not only did they ship my order for the Thundercracker/Wheeljack/etc. case quick, they performed some really good customer service. When the first Kup I got out of that case had two left hands, they sent along another one that got to my apartment quick. Now, no reasonable person could blame 'em for Kup being gimped out, but they fixed it anyway. That's some good customer service right there.

Also, Dom, being the kind of guy he is, said "Keep the other one, send my half of the case when the replacement gets there." So again, good dude to deal with.
