Nice haul Scourge! Ya snooched Heinrad from me by just a little while. Anyway, my haul today: Generations Straxus and Megatron. I haven't transformed either, but I fiddled a little with Megs and so far I'm pretty impressed with the design. It's packaged in bot mode and really captures the essence of the character well. Straxus. Thoughts about him and other stuff in his thread.

I forgot to mention this in my review, but pay attention when transforming Straxus. Going back to vehicle mode can be a bit tricky.

Indeed. That backend/backpack thing is complicated. Megatron has a fairly simple transformation and a good representation of the game model. I recommend it.

I just accidentally won an ebay auction for an Animated Ultra Magnus. Don't get me wrong, I wanted one, but I didn't expect to win this one and bid on some cheaper ones in preparation (the shipping on the one I won is kind of outrageous). So yeah, I might wind up winning more than one. If that's the case, you guys will hear about it first.

I saw Devin Townsend last night. Arrived home at 4 AM. I had work at 8. It is now 8:19.

Totally worth it.

Found Breacher and Sunspot at TRU, two Basics I'd been looking forward to. They're both great, though I don't know that the colors on Sunspot are for everyone. I love them anyway, and having two of this mold to hang out with Mindwipe is great. Breacher is mind-blowingly complex for his size. I wish his gun clipped to his hand more securely, but it looks better clipped to one of his arm-shields anyway, in my opinion. And I also like clipping the shields to his hands. There's some cool stuff going on with this guy. I guess I need to get Seaspray now.
