Yeah, hopefully, but doesn't look likely to just be pre-production given the official images and all. And I agree, it's nice they gave each figure a unique head, but I still feel they could have done more for this fan built character. I mean, I wasn't expecting something original like Windblade, but seeing how extensive some of the remolds have been in Combiner Wars, I was hoping these figures would be a bit more unique beyond just new heads (and arms for the helicopters).
They didn't mention the other Technobots, they won't be coming when Scattorshot is released, but I suppose they could be planning them down the road. I wouldn't count on that though.
Yeah, I'd have to doubt it. So far whenever Hasbro has revealed a combiner for the line, it has been a whole team, save for Optimus (the first release) and Cyclonus which weren't meant to have a particular team. It's odd they'd reveal Scattorshot without his team if they intended to release the other Technobots.
Betatron has a slightly new head, there's fins coming off either side.
Fins? I'm not sure what you're referring to. Looking at the images side-by-side, I don't see any differences between them. Which I again have to say is odd considering how extensive they've been with other remolds in the line.

First up, I got Hasbro to send out the missing images for yesterday's reveal, so I've added those missing images to the SDCC Hasbro reveals article:

(it was missing several Victorion images, and G2 Blackjack robot mode, if you're curious)

I studied them more, and they did do more. Stormclash and Skyburst have a new head and new forearms. Dustup and Jumpstream have new heads, new forearms, and new chests. Pyra Magna has a new head, new forearms, new chest, and a new combiner head. All have new accessories.

I will grant you that they could have done even more with the overall, but they were going for something less expensive obviously.

Some folks are losing THEIR MINDS over this though.

My mistake, optical illusion, in these 2 images they look like fins:

Dare I say that SDCC was more disappointing than Botcon was. At least Botcon showed Combiners Wars Bruticus.

SDCC was a huge let done for me. As Hasbro didn't reveal any more CW G-1 Combiners or newer CW city bots. Would have liked to see all of the CW G-1 Technobots not just CW Scattershot.

I have no interest in buying that fan made all female CW combiner. As it has no ties to G1 and looks terrible.

Won't be buying any G-1 ark Autobots CW Recolors toys. As I just don't have the money or desire to get any.

Hasbro has skipped out on not going to NYCC or went but had no toy panel review. If Hasbro does attend with a panel review. I'm guessing Hasbro will show more G-1 CW combiners teams and the other Four CW Deluxe Technobots.

If Hasbro has no plans to create the other Four CW Deluxes Technobots, This will be the worst thing they've ever done.

Being a fan that likes and wants more G-1 Beast bots Generations toys. I was a bit disappointed to read, Hasbro has no current plans to create CW Combiners toys for Predaking, Abonimus, Seacons, Monstructor and G-1 Dinobots. If their are no plans ever, Than this would be horrible.

Think Hasbro is missing a golden opportunity by not doing any G-1 beast bots CW Combiners in 2016. As most of them could have been easily repainted and retooled into Beast Wars 20th anniversary toys for 2016.

I'm hoping Hasbro at NYCC 2015 reveals plans for CW G-1 Beast bots combiners and G-1 Generations city bots for 2016.

Noticed Generations has very few bigger G-1 beast bots updates toys. So perhaps Hasbro feels they are too unrealistic for the toy line.
