MP 10 announced

Ancillary, non-main-line stuff. Star Wars TF, Speed Stars, Titanium Series, Robot Heroes, that sort of thing. They're kinda neat, but we all know they're not really that important. Admit it, you know it's true.

MP 10 announced

And it's another version of Optimus Prime. Apparently a new mold different from the MP 01, but c'mon, for a line to only have 10 figs with half of them being one character is ridiculous. Give us something new and different already.

For real. Yeah, Optimus seems to sell pretty well for 'em, and it's hard to argue his status as an iconic character, but seriously. Still, curious to see what they do differently with this one.

Hey, at least this one'll have the trailer, right? At least till the American release.

Can of worms: Opened.

I don't think MP-10 has been OFFICIALLY confirmed by Takara to be Convoy/optimus Prime. I think many TF sites are hearing tid bits of rumors & over speculating.

I'll wait for Takara to officially reveal the news regarding MP-10.

Didn't MP-04 have the trailer? Of course, I heard the quality control on that one sucked hard, but hey.

I was kinda hoping this'd be Galvatron, but we'll see. I dunno, maybe it's not G1 Optimus Prime?

Holy crap, it's Movie Prime. It has to be.

I'm thinking it's also movie optimus. because takara called the ROTF optimus prime leader sized toy by the master piece tag.

Yeah, but...from what I recall from reading TFW's article about it, this is supposed to be a new Prime mold, with a trailer and Roller. Don't recall if that was official declaration or if it was "unknown inside source" or whatever. So it'd have a trailer, but a different trailer.

Tell you what, though, I'd probably flip out for a Galvatron MP if that's what was happening. Flip Out. It'd be nice to finally have a toy that I liked based on that character.

EDIT: You know what else'd be neat? Masterpiece Powermaster Prime. See, for that, I'd spring for the Japanese release to make sure I got the trailer.

Fuck yeah, Masterpiece Ginrai.

If/when they get around to doing a Galvatron, I will buy him. I missed Grimlock because I'm stupid, but Galvatron? I can't pass up Galvatron.

Add me to the camp who wants a Masterpiece Galvatron toy released very soon. i'd prefer the toy be in scale with MP-09 Rodimus Prime. I want MP Galvatron to be around 9.3 inches tall in robot mode like MP Rodimus is. personally this is the perfect size scale as they'll be in size scale with various AEC,Animated & movie verse leader sized toys. I want MP Galvatron to transform into a laser canon alt mode & looks as much like the 1986 movie/cartoon animation as possible in both modes.

Pictures of MP-10 have shown up: http://www.tfw2005.com/transformers-new ... es-172108/

So yeah, disappointingly, it is a new mold of G1 Optimus Prime (with trailer and tiny Spike figure). I was hoping for a character who hasn't gotten a Masterpiece figure yet...

We all knew that, not sure what's to be disappointed about.

Anyway, I might get this if it's cheap. I do dislike 20th, after all. That head, man.
