Re: Love or Hate for Animated Toys!
I have to say that I haven't enjoyed a TF line as much as Animated since Beast Wars came out. Granted, I liked BW because, in general, I like animals more than vehicles, but I think the style of Animated is just wonderful. I don't think there's a single Animated figure I'm particularly disappointed ...

+1 to me, for seeing Dom's tuchus.
Now I can sit back and enjoy my Animated collection, without worrying about being the guy with all the figures save one.

Re: I prefer Animated to Movie line 'cause it's not shellmas
Thanks!
Yeah, I was fairly incredulous the first time I saw the art style for Animated. I thought, "Man, the toys are going to be terrible. They're going to be worse translations than Beast Machines."
I was crazy wrong.

Re: Best and Worst of "Armada":
I have to agree with that. Demolisher was just...awesome. Far more awesome than he had any right to be.
Starscream and the other jets like him were pretty bad.

Re: I prefer Animated to Movie line 'cause it's not shellmas
I agree with what Donosaur said earlier in that the exaggerated style of Animated is one of the selling points for me. I like the simple, highly-stylized look of them (which is possibly why I bought almost all of them). I also love, LOVE, the fact that they look just like the show. All of them. That...

Re: Are you are completist or a pick & choose type of TF toy
Hi folks, I've just joined your forum, and I figured I'd offer my thoughts on this. I tend to go for one extreme or the other with a TF line. That is, I'll either try to acquire all of them, or only buy one or two figures from the entire line. As I've gotten older, and money has become more of an is...
