Heh, I just popped in to see whether anyone had noticed this yet.
I'm pleased they're going with the movie aesthetic for the show, to be honest. Animated tanked, I feel, because it didn't cater to the gigantic audience they just spent so much money creating.

Re: March Hauls
Crosswise! Skid-Z! SLAPPER. Anyhoo, I bought a metric ton of RoC GI Joe figures because they clearanced them to Two Dollars Each here. Seriously. That's awesome. Thus: - Storm Shadow V1 - Storm Shadow unmasked - Snake Eyes v1 - Accelerator Suit Ripcord - Shipwreck - Reactive Armour Heavy Duty - Lt. ...

Re: Bludgeon!
Gah, I want him. The headsculpt bugs me, and I dunlike that particularly blah shade of green - looks very Armada Megatron with the unpainted green parts and orange plastic in places - but it's Bludgeon, and I'm a sucker for characters like him. Not in the Armada-era Furman "LOOK, it's BLUDGEON!...

Re: dlx Brawn, Ratchet, Lockdown
So they all have lots of little iffy bits, but started out with a bunch of good ideas? Gee, couldn't possibly tell which line they come from. :P I hate popping joints, so that'll hurt these ones for me, yet I'm oddly compelled to pick all three up. There's something about Ratchet's design that gets ...

Re: SWTF Clone Wars Y-wing and Twilight mini-views
The last wave of SWTF that came out here was the new packaging with Magnaguard and Ah-Soka. Magnaguard I love (after swapping his lower legs to allow gun storage), so I've been itching to get hold of the more recent cockpit-less figures. Glad to hear the Twilight's worth a look, it's one of the most...

Re: TFviews and Hasbro give away: RPMs Devastator Showdown
Wow, giveaways now? That's awesome right there. Tough call as to what I'm most excited about, this has been the best Toy Fair in some years. Lots of great upcoming stuff, much more interesting than last year's lineup, despite it not being a movie year. Or possibly thanks to it not being a movie year...

Re: February Hauls
Wow, that's sucktacular luck you've got there. I'm busy being paranoid about my new place, since I know its been burgled in the past. My uncle, who used to live around the corner, was burgled five times in the same house. People suck. Thus far, fortunately, the worst I've had to deal with is dropkic...

Re: Happy birthday o86!
Thanks guys! 'twas indeed my birthday on the thirteenth. I was lucky enough to receive Legends Devastator and Prototype on Xbox 360. Funnily enough, my Devastator was the Japanese release, which turned out to be considerably cheaper than the local release of the Hasbro giftset version. He's well nif...
