Re: ROTF toy line, a success or a failure to you?
I'm going to say moderate success, since the majority of figures seem at about the same standard we've seen for the last few years. There have been a few poorer efforts, like the motorcycles. I have to admit though, that the line hasn't interested me nearly as much as the last few, primarily because...

Re: All Hail Megatron Discussion thread
Yes, heaven forbid characters act real. That's the point I've been trying to make, and here's where we disagree. I think Sunstreaker's betrayal of Earth and his desire to see the humans "punished" for what happened to him is realistic. It's not a logical or rational reaction, based...

Re: All Hail Megatron Discussion thread
And, the humans are attacking all TFs. Why, oh why, would they attack Autobots who are clearly not Decepticons? And, why does Spike not realize that the Autobots are good guys? Spike's a good example. He does know that there's a difference between the Autobots and Decepticons, and so does Major Wit...

Re: Movie Thrust and MP Skywarp at WM in Los Angeles
How much is MP Skywarp going for? I'd love to have one, but I have no idea what the price is, and with my luck I'll have one shot to buy it at retail and then it will be gone, like MP Starscream was.

Re: All Hail Megatron Discussion thread
I'm pretty sure that Bombshell claims to have been the one to manipulate Sunstreaker when he's fighting with Sideswipe at the begining of issue 12. It may be that Bombshell told Starscream exactly what to say to him and what buttons to push when Starscream was trying to "make the deal" wit...

Yeah, I tried posting a news story today, but I have no idea if it worked or not. Blank page.JediTricks wrote:Ugh, news is giving me more grief than I signed up for. I can see the content, there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the system, yet it won't go.
Aaaaand now it seems to have gone loco.

Re: All Hail Megatron 7
Anyone know who that scientist-whatevery Decepticon dude from the flashback is? He kinda looks like IDW Jhiaxus to me, but...blue. Plus, Jhiaxus wasn't a Decepticon in IDW, so. According to the TF Wiki, it's G2 Deluge. http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Deluge_(Decepticon) They attribute the information to E.J...

Re: Transformers - ongoing series
I have a sentimental attachment to Ironhide as well. (That scene in the 1986 movie nailed me as a kid.) But, I am less worried about them killing a character than the how/why. The fact they killed Ironhide, (or any main character), for shock value and nothing else, is worrisome. This sort of thing ...
