Re: Beast Wars (2021) ongoing series

Something else I meant to mention about issue 4... When Dinobot arrives at the Axalon, Optimus pops out one of his arm cannons... while staying in beast mode. If they can just whip out their weapons while in beast mode, doesn't that mean they could avoid energon build up altogether while still havin...

Re: Transformers Kingdom

Not the best pictures... But I figured I'd share the results of my repaints of several Kingdom figures. Cheetor with the 3rd party guns I got him. Repainted the blue on him and added gold to his head, arms, and legs. Also kinda hard to see, but I painted the detail inside his beast mode shoulders. h...

Re: Beast Wars (2021) ongoing series

I gave up on this series with issue 1, and have little reason to regret that. The mystery message was probably about Rampage being on the Axalon. The Maximals would be obligated to share information (as Rhinox argued). But, they would want information about Rampage (a lab accident to be kept on the...

Re: Transformers 2019 (IDW comic series) discussion

If the Maximals can control for sparks emerging, then they would simply not release any Titan sparks (which makes how they dispose of the Titans even worse). As evidenced by Cliffjumper, they cannot control it, which means that they are probably keeping more than Titans in cold storage (which is co...

Re: Beast Wars (2021) ongoing series

Yeah, this issue doesn't amount to much actually happening. All of it could have easily been condensed into issue 3. Dinobot's characterization in this comic continues to bother me. He completely lacks any of the Predacon bravado he had in the cartoon. The way it comes off, it's like he already was ...

Re: issue 30

The Autobot's disposal of the Titan sparks is still monstrous. You make it sound like the Autobots purposefully had the Titan sparks killed, when all they did was put them into storage. Those sparks weren't 'disposed of' at all. Now I'd agree, there's certainly some question as to the morals here, ...

Re: Transformers 2019 (IDW comic series) discussion

But, the Autobots (including Perceptor) were incarcerating Titans for the sake of maintaining an ideology and planned economy. "Incarcerating"? They're not holding these Titans prisoner, they technically haven't even been born yet. Their sparks had only just arisen from the Well of Allsparks when t...

Re: Star Trek

That's literally being out of their own time, they're from the 23rd century. Except what you'd said before was that they were "out of time" not that they were "out of their own time". That's a big difference. Especially in a franchise where characters can literally be outside of time itself. Or oth...

Re: Star Trek

It makes sense they'd want to build up the franchise. But part of the success those other franchises have is that their characters all live in the same universe in the same era. Star Trek already has this with the TNG/DS9/Voyager era. They're freely able to crossover with other stories with out maki...
