Re: Star Trek

Tom Paris commemorative plate? Really? I get Lower Decks tends to be meta with a lot of their jokes and references, but why would that exist in the Star Trek universe? It's cool that they brought in Robert Duncan McNeill to (sort of) reprise his role, but having him voice a commemorative plate... It...

Re: Star Trek

The first Star Trek: Prodigy trailer is online, and gives us our first look at the ship for the series, the USS Protostar, NX-76884. I kinda like the design of the Protostar. The giant windows on the bridge seems odd, but otherwise, it's a nice design. Unfortunately, it raises a lot of questions tha...

Re: Star Trek

I just finished watching Voyager and that final episode. I just kept thinking that "middle aged" Tom Paris really doesn't look like he actually turned out in real life, but then that's always true when they put these guys in old age makeup. Take a look at "The Deadly Years" from the original series...

Re: Star Trek

Hrm.... In Voyager's finale with the alternate future, Paris had become a holonovel writer and was living a quiet life with B'elanna and their daughter becoming a Starfleet officer. I still see him becoming that holonovel writing family man. Not sure how they'd incorporate that into Picard. Knowing ...

Re: Transformers Kingdom

TFW2005 has posted a first look at Kingdom Tigatron . It's essentially a scaled up version of Kingdom Cheetor, going from a Deluxe to a Voyager class figure. His tail whip weapon is different than Cheetor's. It doesn't have the hook on the end of it, it's just a straight up whip. And unlike Cheetor,...

Re: TV shows are awesome

I had a different take on episode 6.... Maybe it didn't make for the most exciting of season finale's, but I think I see where they're going with it. This episode is obviously only an introduction to "He Who Remains" as a character, with out actually revealing his true identity (unless you know the ...

What is the base mold for the jeep? I recognize, but cannot quite place, it.

I'm pretty sure it's a heavy remold of the Earthrise Trailbreaker/Hoist mold.
There is something about it that looks familiar... But I think it's actually a new mold.

So was frog Thor was a real thing in the comics?
Yup. Thor #364-366. That was also a great Easter egg. Apparently it was even voiced by Chris Hemsworth.

Re: TV shows are awesome

Finally got caught up on Loki. So.... Everything about the TVA is lie. The people that operate it aren't actually born there. Turns out they are all variants themselves and used to live normal lives in the "Sacred Timeline". The Time Keepers aren't real, they're just robots. Even the pruning of time...
