War for Cybertron: Kingdom animated series

In a lot of ways this third and final part of the War for Cybertron series was my favorite of the three, mainly because I genuinely enjoyed seeing the G1 characters interact with the Beast Wars characters. They're not quite the same characters of course, just as the OG Transformers characters are no...

War for Cybertron: Earthrise animated series

Earthrise is an odd name for this six episode series, because we don't actually see the Earth until the final episode, but then we didn't really see a Siege in that series either. Siege gave us a Cybertron-based storyline, but Earthrise takes place largely in space. Once again I have some thoughts: ...

Re: Retro Comics are Awesome

It's a fun one. I think I like the non-insane, non-killer Joker, at least in small doses. He's more enjoyable to read than the modern version, mainly because of his creative crimes. They were still writing the character that way as recently as the 90s, though of course he was back to being a murdere...

Re: War for Cybertron Siege cartoon

So I finally got around to watching all six episodes. I have a few thoughts: - The voice acting - I was watching this last night with my wife and daughter in the room working on other things, so they were doing more listening than watching. I made the comment that my main problem with the voices was...

That's what the splash page asks the reader, and it's a question that would seem obvious to modern Batman readers: yes, he has. But in the 1950s, ...

Re: Star Trek

Hrm.... In Voyager's finale with the alternate future, Paris had become a holonovel writer and was living a quiet life with B'elanna and their daughter becoming a Starfleet officer. I still see him becoming that holonovel writing family man. Not sure how they'd incorporate that into Picard. Knowing...
